There will be plenty to see and do throughout the day. Here’s a snapshot of what you can expect during your visit:
Please follow signage on the day and listen to staff guidance to help ensure a safe and enjoyable visit for everyone.

Throughout the day, members of the farm team will be running talks and demonstrations, giving you an insight into how the farm operates. These sessions are a great opportunity to learn more about livestock, crops and modern farming practices.

Topics may include animal welfare, milking, crop production and the day-to-day running of the farm. Feel free to ask questions and speak with staff after each session.
A selection of farm-produced goods will be available to purchase during the event. This is a chance to take home fresh produce and support the farm directly.

Refreshments will also be available for purchase throughout the day.
Take a look at a range of farm machinery used across the farm, from tractors and trailers to specialist equipment. This is a great opportunity to see modern farming machinery up close and learn how it supports day-to-day farm operations.

Farm staff will be available throughout the day to explain how each machine is used, from field work and crop production through to livestock management.
Get up close with some of the animals on the farm and learn more about how we care for them throughout the year. This is a great opportunity to see livestock at different stages of life and find out what daily life on a working farm involves.

From young calves to adult livestock, you’ll be able to see how animals are raised and managed on the farm. Farm staff will be available throughout the day to answer questions and explain how we look after animal health, welfare and nutrition.
